Desde 2006 el IENBA se ha relacionado con Susanne Windelen y Jochen Fischer en diferentes proyectos y colaboraciones. Se han realizado intercambios estudiantiles entre universidades, producido intercambios docentes, seminarios, talleres, etc. A partir de nuestra visita a Stuttgart en 2010 en el marco de unas presentaciones académicas y la formulación de proyectos de investigación, financiadas por CSIC y la DAAD, dimos forma a un taller de intercambio estudiantil, titulado “Buenas noticias, buenos retratos (Good news, good portraits) 2011”. Dicho taller, hoy en marcha, involucra a 20 estudiantes -uruguayos y alemanes-, refiere al intercambio a distancia como mecanismo posibilitador de construcción de obra artística a través de la redes sociales, reflexiones sobre lo identitario y la construcción de nuestro propio perfil.
Este Curso de Educación Permanente propone conocer la experiencia docente de Windelen y Fischer enmarcadas en las perspectivas académicas de la Universidad de Arte de Stuttgart (arte, arquitectura, diseño industrial, diseño en comumnicación, diseño textil, restauración y educación artistica), incluyendo el proceso de trabajo en el taller “Buenas noticias, buenos retratos”. Así como también serán presentados los últimos
trabajos artísticos de Windelen y Fischer en Alemania y Uruguay.
Susanne Windelen es artista y profesora de arte de la Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste de Stuttgart. Jochen Fischer es artista y profesor de escultura en la Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität, Frankfurt/Main.
